History
Nigerian Enamelware Limited was incorporated on 21st May, 1960 as a Private Limited Liability Company. The company went public on the 28th December, 1979 in compliance with the Indigenization Decree of 1977 and was granted a listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The company adopted its present name “Nigerian Enamelware Plc” on 6th June, 1991 in compliance with provisions of the Companies and Allied matters Act, Cap C20, LFN 2004 (as amended). The principal activities of the company are the manufacturing and sale of enamelware products including cooking utensils and culinary materials.
